Welcome to the California State Mariachi Circuit registration page! Please read all instructions carefully before submitting your registration. Participation in CSMC requires that all ensembles adhere to the rules, division guidelines, and competition eligibility requirements outlined in the official Rulebook.

Review the CSMC Rulebook to ensure your ensemble meets eligibility requirements.
Determine your Class: Middle School, High School, College/University, or Open Class.
Select your Division based on ensemble skill level (Division 1 = Advanced, Division 2 = Intermediate, etc.).
Choose which Region you will attend for Semifinals (Northern California, Central California, Southern California).
Complete the registration form below.
Submit payment for Season Registration Fee ($75 per ensemble) and Event Entry Fees ($30 per event).

Administrative Penalties (if applicable):
No-show: $25
Late withdrawal (<48 hrs): $10
Late registration: $10
Payments must be submitted and cleared prior to participation in Semifinals or State Finals.
After submitting your registration and payment, you will receive a confirmation email with your ensemble’s details, registration receipt, and next steps for competition scheduling.
